Justin graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine in 2004. Justin serves as the Executive VP of the Prometheus Institute and has been on the staff since the Institute’s inception. Justin is an expert in internet research, development, and marketing and is well versed in Web 2.0 and other new internet technologies. He is also the progenitor of the popular website, WeedMaps.com.
